JESUS HAS BECOME YOUR SALVATION
YESHUA IS YOUR SALVATION - Argument from the Old Testament

God saves. Throughout history we read many wonderful examples of divine intervention when God saved His people. He took the Jewish people out of Egypt, opened the Red Sea, and drowned the pursuing army of pharaoh. In 2 Kings when  King Hezekiah faced defeat besieged by Assyrians he prayed to the Lord and the angel of the Lord came to the Assyrian camp and killed 185,000 Assyrian soldiers, warding off the invasion. God saves His people, that is His nature; He protects His people, watches over them, and is their salvation. King David says in Psalm 18 "The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and my salvation" (Ps.18:2).

Now the question is are you saved by God ? Most people believe that either they don't need to be saved because they are good people, or that God will save them because their sin is not that serious. Prophet Isaiah says that "our good deeds are like dirty rags before God" (Is. 64:6);  and in Deuteronomy 27:26 we read that the person who doesn't keep all the words of the law is cursed. At one point or another we all sin. In Genesis ch. 6 we read that human heart has evil inclinations (Gen. 6:5) and sin cannot exist in the presence of God. Because God is Holy.
We have to admit that we have sin and turn to God for forgiveness. We are not righteous and we have evil inclinations.

God can save us from our sin. He can redeem us, buy us back. King David said: "But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol, For He will receive me" (Ps. 49:15)  meaning that David will spent eternity with God.  He will redeem David's soul from the power of Sheol, from the power of hell. But we have to admit that we have sin and we need God.

To deal with the problem of sin God instituted the system of sacrifices. The Jewish people were to sacrifice animals to pay for their sins. Animals had to die, blood had to flow because God said
“without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin”, or as we read it in Leviticus "Life is in the blood, and I have given you the blood of animals to sacrifice in place of your own" (Lev. 17:11). But nobody does that anymore, any of us killed a lamb last week to pay for our sins?
So what do we do?
God had a plan.

To pay for our sins, God Himself became the sacrifice for us. He became the sacrificial lamb. He sent His son, Yeshua HaMashiah. Savior Messiah, to be the sacrificial lamb. Yeshua  fulfilled all that the prophets foretold about Him. He was the perfect sacrifice which an animal could never be. He was God and man,  He was blameless, He had done no wrong, never deceived anybody, yet His blood was shed  for our sins. He was killed like the sacrificial lamb, He was led like a lamb to the slaughter (Isa. 53:7). It was a divine exchange: Yeshua took the punishment that we deserved. He is our sacrifice.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now we have to come to Yeshua and accept His plan. Yeshua means Salvation of God. In Isaiah 12 we read: "Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation."

He has become my salvation.
Do you know how that reads in Hebrew? Isaiah 12:2  in fact says that God has become my Yeshua. My Jesus!
To receive His salvation we have to believe and accept His sacrifice.

Is there any other ways to be saved? No, He is the way, He is the truth, He is the life , eternal life.

To follow Him, and to have Salvation in this life and the life to come, to receive His blessings all you have to do is:

-recognize your hearth has evil inclinations, Human heart has evil inclinations (Gen. 6:5)

-recognize His sacrifice for us, and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all (Isa. 53:6).

-come to Him to find the Salvation in Him -"Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation." Is. 12:2 he says "God has become my Yeshua". My Jesus - GOD HAS BECOME YOUR YESHUA, YOUR SALVATION.
